As you well know by now we're pretty big on food and are proud to announce we're taking it a step further for one extra special week. From March the 5-12th we will be flying out none other than the founder of Wild and Rustic and Michelin experienced chef Laurens Aspey. For one week only we're going to be pushing the boat well and truly out by combining the outstanding service you have come to expect from us with some innovating and exciting Bulgarian inspired 6 course taster menus.
